02 / Information we collect

When you fill in the contact form or email us, we collect what you choose to send: your name, work email, organisation and your message. Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps short-lived technical records of each visit, such as the time of the request and the address it came from, to keep the site running and to stop misuse.

We use one item of essential browser storage to remember your cookie choice. It is needed for the site to work and does not track you. With your permission, we also use analytics cookies to count visits and see how pages are used, so we can improve the site. Analytics stays off until you accept it, and you can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link below. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not build a profile of you.

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to arrange and hold a conversation you have asked for, and to run and protect this website. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

We share information only with the service providers who help us run this website and our email, and only so they can do that work for us. Some of them may process information outside the country you are in. Where that happens, we expect them to protect it to the standard the law requires.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and then delete them. Technical records are kept for a short period and then removed. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.

Depending on where you live, laws such as the UK General Data Protection Regulation, Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law and EU data protection law give you rights over your information. These include the right to see it, correct it, delete it or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the data protection regulator where you live. The website is served over an encrypted connection, and only the people who need to read an enquiry in order to answer it can see it.

This website is for businesses and public sector organisations. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
